Vacuum oil filtration equipment is one of the new generation oil purifying series, researched on the basis of the technology in domestic and oversea. It can remove the air, water and mechanical impurity from oil so as to meet the oil operation standard. Also, it operates simply.
2.1 Problem Concerns to the Oil Contamination
Moisture existing in oil liquid will lead to oxidation so as to make oil deteriorated, reducing the thickness of the lubricating oil,causing oil liquid polymerization to form large molecules so as to change oil viscosity, which forms the organic acid and corrodes the surface of the metal, the parameter of lubricating oil will be changed or lose.
The particles existing in oil liquid will pollute the system and abrade the components, which will cause many problems in the liquid system such as abraded and invalidity of the components, causing the internal relief and lower sensitive, lower the steady feature of the controlling system and accelerate the oil liquid oxidation and deteriorated.
2.2 Working principle
The vacuum oil filtration equipment researched by our company has the function of precision filtration and efficient dehydration, removing the particles , emulsion water and free water effectively.
Particles filtration system
Particles filtration system adopts the way of preventing particles to filter. The elements adopt the metal knit mesh and micro glass fiber paper as the material with the features of high precision filtration, large capacity of the pollution and long service time. The device filters in three steps: absorption filter elements(120micro),high efficiency pre filter elements(20micro),high efficiency and precision filtration(3micro).
Vaccum hydroextraction system
Different saturated vapor pressure in different liquid. In 70ºC,the water will boil in the pressure of about 3X104Pa,but oil will boil under 5Pa.In the same temperature,the saturated vapor pressure of oil is much lower than water. So, when the oil liquid surface pressure is lowered under the saturated vapor pressure by the way of vacuum, the moisture existing in oil will be changed extremely, and escape from the oil as steam.
According to the vacuum absorption,oil liquid runs into the vacuum box and spray down. The moisture existing in oil liquid is changed to be steam in the vacuum room and drew out by the vacuum pump, the oil liquid without moisture escape from the bottom. In the vacuum room, there are materials which is in harmony with oil. When the oil liquid sprays in the vacuum room, the oil form a film in the surface of the material, enlarge the area of the steam and liquid, prolong the time of delay time of oil liquid in the space.
The efficiency of vacuum hydro extraction has relation with the working stable vacuum and the temperature of the oil liquid. Lower vacuum class and higher temperature result in better efficiency. Oil temperature is about 60ºC,if the oil temperature is too high, it will accelerated the oxidation of the oil liquid. For the hydraulic oil ,working stable vacuum is about 600~700Pa ,which can reduce the moisture to be under 100ppm.For the transformer insulating oil, it can adopts higher working vacuum class, the moisture existing in water could be under 10ppm.
It can remove variety moisture ,air and volatile matter in oil effectively.
2.3 system configuration
It constitutes of Vacuum Reservoir, vacuum pump, steam trap and air admission system adopting optimal structure design, enlarge the surface and prolong the trace of the oil liquid in the vacuum system extremely, making the moisture and air escape completely. The filtration device adopts the advanced foam breaker, avoiding the situation of oil spraying.
It adopts three steps: Primary filter in oil suction protects the oil pump and prolong the main filter's service life. There are two steps high precision filter behind the pump, purifying the oil liquid in high efficiency fast. The filtration material is Gradient pores glass fiber, filtering the particles step by step, prolong the working file of the elements. It has perfect elements structure, lower the oil runs speed in the surface so as to a steady filtration precision.
It adopts gradually heating step by step. heat flux of surface is less than 1.0W/cm2,which will not cause deteriorate of the oil liquid. The oil temperature will be an arrange of 0~100ºC,automatically controlling with protection device. When the oil is too little, the machine will stop working to avoid causing parch to break heats.
Oil drain system:
It adopts the Arc gear pump in domestic. Comparing with the other gear pump, it has the advantage of none relative sliding in the engaging process, so the gear is perfect without abrasion so as to work steadily without trapping phenomenon. The machine works with low noise, long working time and high efficiency. There is a safety valve as the protection to adjust the pressure of the pump.
Automatically controlling system:
The machine adopts frequency converters, water level transmitter, temperature sensor, vacuum gauge, pressure gage in a automatically controlling system to collect the equipment working information and transfer it to the central processing unit to control the working order and monitoring the condition. The machine has the protection device overload protection, over pressure protection, abnormal working stops protection) to protect the equipment..
Integrated bridge structure to reduce the volume, dismountable oil sink to make sure the un-oil working in the ground, reducing the environment pollution.
2.4 working process
The dirty oil runs into the system from the entrance ball valves under negative pressure, go through the absorption oil filter to remove the coarse particles to protect the pump, then heated by the heaters step by step to a permanent temperature controlled by the automatic temperature control unit ,comes to the vacuum separator to fall down by the allotter. It forms a oil film by the packing material, and the moisture and air in the oil liquid are boiled out of the vacuum environment, making the separation of oil and water. Most of the steam runs into the steam trap to be water, and the rest escape out of the vacuum pump together with the volatile air. The oil liquid without moisture runs out of the oil drain pump, filtered by two steps high precision for the delicate particles, and drain our from the oil pump to finish a working recycling.
