The filter is installed in the return oil pipe of the hydraulic system to filter out the metal powder worn by the components in the oil and the rubber impurities worn by the seals, so that the oil flowing back to the tank can be kept clean and is conducive to the circulation of the oil in the system. The filter is divided into four types: chemical fiber type, paper type, net type and line gap type. Chemical fiber filter is better than paper filter, high precision, chemical fiber filter and paper filter is more difficult to clean after plugging, so replace the filter. The filter is equipped with a pressure difference signaling device, when the filter element is blocked by pollution resulting in the inlet and outlet pressure difference of 0.35NPa, it sends a switching signal, at this time, the filter element should be cleaned or replaced. The filter element is made of new chemical fiber filter material, which has the advantages of high filtration accuracy, large oil flow capacity, less original pressure loss, and large amount of pollution, and its filtration accuracy is calibrated by filtration accuracy. Filtration ratio p3, 5, 10, 20>100, filtration efficiency n≥99%, in line with ISO standards.
