Initial effect cotton pre filter, with aluminum alloy frame or galvanized frame as the outer frame, using polyester fiber as the filter material, supported by keel, stable structure, reusable, and cost saving. There are various types of primary filters, including plate type, folding type, skeleton type, bag type, etc.

The fiber material of the initial effect cotton is formed using a polyester fiber hot melt spraying process from surface to inside, from sparse to dense, with high dust content and non-toxic material. Initial cotton can block dust at different density levels according to its size, effectively accommodating a larger amount of dust with low resistance.

Application: Mini-pleat HEPA filter are widely used for terminal filtration in environments and industries requiring extremely high level of cleanliness, e.g., electronics and semiconductor manufacturing, precision machinery, pharmaceuticals, hospitals,food processing, etc.
