Multi Wedge HEPA Filters
The Multi Wedge HEPA Filters are designed for the air-intake and extract systems of critical applications where high-efficiency filtration is necessary and they will give protection to a sub-micron level. HEPA Filters are normally used as Final Filters and must be protected by pre-Filters - Grade F7 or higher, as this will ensure that the Filters best operating life is achieved. Strict quality control is enforced throughout the manufacturing process and on completion, each individual Multi Wedge HEPA Filter is tested and certified for usage
Hepa Filters (Grades H14 to BS EN1822)
This high capacity Ace Filtration range of HEPA Filters H14 is built to BS EN1822 and has been designed for use in central plant and duct mounted applications such as Multi Wedge HEPA Filters
The pleat packs are arranged in a 'W' formation to increase the air filtration surface area, giving a higher airflow capacity when compared to a standard deep pleat HEPA Filter of the same size
Suitable for most processes, research and manufacturing applications in the electronics, optical, pharmaceutical, laboratory and medical fields
Construction:
Pack Water Repellent Glass Microfibre Media with adhesive bead spacers arranged in a w formation for Maximum Media area
Frame - Coated Steel Casing with a Neoprene Gasket as standard
Alternative frames and gaskets can be supplied to suit special applications
