All metal edges of the filter are rolled inside to avoid copying during filter installation and replacement, making operation easy and safe.
2.High quality fluffy synthetic fiber filter material. Our filter material adopts imported synthetic fiber filter material, filter material by four different layers of non-woven fabric through special process treatment, forming an encrypted structure, so that the filter can achieve high dust capacity and low resistance, and the needling layer and microfiber layer in the filter material also ensure the filtration efficiency of the filter material.
3.Ultrasonic seamless close. Ultrasonic stitching technology, the bag is closed on three sides, and the corner of the back of the frame is sealed with cement, to ensure that the filter will not be damaged in the harsh working environment. The filter bag is reinforced with a grille to divide the bag into a uniform horizontal airflow channel, so that the bag can be expanded to the maximum extent, so that the airflow can pass evenly, greatly improving the effective use area of the filter material, increasing the dust content of the filter, and reducing the pressure of the filter.
