This integrated device mainly constituted of the inclined plate separator, high efficiency water - oil separator (including pre-filters, gravity separators, coalescence separators and efficient, adsorption filters) and the corresponding composition of the matching device. The working principle is described as below:
1.Sewage runs through the sewage pumps into the inclined plate separator. The sewage pump has a strong self-priming capability, uniform flow, and there is no mechanical shear on the oil emulsion so as to be suitable for the delivery of oily wastewater.
2.Inclined plate separator can effectively remove the oil slick in the water and free oil, the oil slick up to the surface and gravity separation of sewage into the tank, while the sedimentation of sludge discharges on a regular basis.
3.Inclined plate separator treated effluent runs into the buffer tank, which has the liquid level switches with high and low alarm. When the water level reaches a certain altitude, automatically activated sewage lifting pump are activated automatically; When the water level dropped to a certain location, the pump automatically stops enhancing. The Enhance pump take the sewage into the pre-filters, the follow-up device, to get the treatment.
4.Pre-filter can effectively filter the small suspended particles (10μm) in the water, protecting the efficient coalescence separator, prolong the service life .The pre-filter is used to remove the impurities in the water, avoiding making the particles to be the core which can not make the demulsification and oil removal. In addition to oil, while the water carried the oil-water to be emulsion-breaking, and then transfer them to the gravity separator.

Pre-filter tank body is equipped by the filter element with high capacity of carrying pollution, long service life, high filtration precision .When the sewage runs into the filter, the coarser particles will settle down because of inertia, the light particles are intercepted to the surface ,and the final clean water outflow through the water pipe filter. With the long time filtration , deposition of pollutants in the filter will be more and more and the differential pressure will increased gradually, when allowed working pressure come to 0.15MPa, which means the filter has been blocked for a replacement for the another. In addition, because the pre-filter cartridge is made of superfine glass fiber filter paper with inherent properties, which makes the pre-filter can share part of the emulsion-breaking features. It will break the emulsion and transported the water to gathering in the surface of the gravity coalescence separator . Pre-filter is used as the protective device for efficient coalescence separator ,it owns a high filtration precision, which can filtered impurities in small-suspended particles (> 10μm), avoiding the particles be the core which can not make the demulsification and oil removal. It prolonged the service time of the follow-up device coalescence filter, reducing the costs of the operation and maintenance.
