The working principle
 

 The separation of oil and water liquid mixture is a liquid - liquid separation technology. The mixture into a true solution, due to oxidation, the oil-water mixture generate part of the hydroxyl (-COOH) organic acid substance, it is water-and hydroxyl (-OH) pro-cooperation with he ball installed, commonly known as water oil-or water in oil, to form a stable milk medium, you must use oil-water separation equipment to achieve the separation of water and oil. 

Oil-water separator constitutes of the pre-filter, coalescer separators, adsorption filters, pump, control box, and bodywork. It's used in the handling of oily wastewater in oil tank industry area, metallurgy, shipping, and the cleaning industry. After the separation, of water, oil content ≤ 5 mg / L. The coalescer filter is designed by our company, has developed a series of products produced by purely physical work and the concept of green design process, without adding any pharmaceutical.
