All materials in chemical filters are inflammable and beneficial to environmental protection and rubbish processing.

Product Description

Absorption materials:

Ordinary carbon:Column active carbon particles
Modified carbon:Active carbon that has gone throught special chemical processing
Modified carbon is needed if the chemiacal pollutants can not be effectively absorbed by ordinary carbon.

Selection of filters:

Modified carbon is needed for chemical pollutants that can not be effcientily absorbed by ordinary carbon such as stinking smell,formaldehyde ,acid gas and basic gas.
When selecting a filter ,people should understand kinds and density of pollutants and air flow.

Application conditions:

Application conditions for chemical filter are as the following:
Temperature ≤50,relative humidity≤80%.

Installation location:

Ordinary filters shall be installed before and after the active carbon filter so as to prevent the active carbon filter from being blocked by dusts and prevent the ventilation system from being polluted by powders of active carbon.

Absorption capacity:

Service of chemical filter depends on how many materials it has absorbed and the absorption ability of the filtering media. NHXL22 filter with 4.6kg ordinary carbon can absorb up to 800~1200g of chemical pollutants.
