Nilon melt-blown filter is made of Nilon microfiber fiber hot fusion, which can be used in the unusable area of PP melt-blown filter core. No chemical adhesives are used in production, and the nylon fibers are continuously wound and bonded to form the filter element, without fiber shedding and minimizing the risk of leaching. The filter element is more suitable for high temperature applications and the field of chemical solvents, hydrocarbons and aromatic compounds. The filter element can increase the center rod support to improve U strength and is available in a variety of formats hot melt joint types to meet more installation needs.
